I recommend Cheryl and Jeremy very highly. They gave useful references to contractors and lots of physical assistance in removing stuff when the house was being readied for sale. They assisted enormously in that the house I was selling was not very close to where I live. They generously took on the day-to-day management of maintaining the property until it was sold. They are excellent communicators and have good attention to detail. I was overseas much of the time the house was selling and they kept in regular contact via email, text and phone. They are invariably cheerful and good natured.
